We design capacity building programs that meet the specific requirements of each organization with which we work. IPECS has gained extensive experience in capacity building and management reform. Since its incorporation, we have implemented several projects on capacity building for different organizations, which were funded by different governments and development partners. IPECS has undertaken around 47 Training and Development projects, particularly in the southern part of Sindh (Jamshoro, Nashoroferoz, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Dadu, Tharparkar, TandoAllahyar, Umerkot, Jacamabad, Hyderabad, Thatta), with the support of national and international organizations.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION/IMPACT EVALUATION

We have substantial experience in monitoring and evaluating various programs, including designing an M&E system supported by a web-portal for IFC, process monitoring for AAP/World Bank-funded projects, evaluating multiple programs, and suggesting a harmonized one from the evaluation, conducting large scale sample data collection through a questionnaire survey, Key Informant Interviews (KII), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), stakeholder consultation.
